Pair Wanted For Stealing, Damaging Cadillac In Burlington Co.: Police

Through fingerprint analysis, authorities have identified 2 suspects for the summer 2022 theft.

MEDFORD, NJ — Two people have been identified as wanted suspects after a luxury vehicle was stolen nearly two years ago from a Burlington County home, authorities said.

A Cadillac Escalade was stolen during the overnight hours of July 18, 2022, from a home in the Highbridge development in Medford, police said. The vehicle sustained a punctured tire during the theft and was abandoned on Hartford Road in Mount Laurel, according to law enforcement.

The Cadillac was valued at more than $100,000, police said.

During the initial investigation, authorities took several fingerprints from the vehicle. The fingerprint analysis helped police identify two suspects:

  • Rayshawn Howe, 24, of Southard Street, Trenton
  • Michael Tolkacz, 26, of Carroll Street, Trenton

Their whereabouts are unknown, police said Thursday. Both are listed as wanted people in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database for law enforcement.
