Paving Schedule Updated For Moorestown Roads With New Water Mains

Moorestown police released an updated paving schedule on Wednesday.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — One day after announcing that Moorestown roads that recently had new water mains installed will be re-paved and re-striped, the Moorestown Police Department released an updated schedule. Work will be performed by South State Inc.

Work that was scheduled to begin on Wednesday, Aug. 29, has been delayed two days, until Friday, Aug. 31, the police department announced. The new schedule can be found below.

No Parking signs have been posted in the area of the paving. Drivers should expect delays in these areas, and watch for workers in the roadway. Drivers should consider using an alternate route if possible. Officers will be on location to assist with traffic.

The schedule for the streets involved is as follows, weather dependent:

Friday, Aug. 31: Prospect and South Washington avenues.

Tuesday, Sept. 4: North Church Street (including Main and Church streets), West Second Street and Mannion Avenue.
