Jon Runyan Of Eagles & Congressional Fame's Former Burlington Co. Home For Sale
The home was first built about 15 years ago and Runyan sold it approximately seven years ago, according to several websites.
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A Mount Laurel home that was once owned by former Philadelphia Eagles star and U.S. Congressman Jon Runyan is for sale, according to Redfin.com and njparcels.com.
The home at 263 Mount Laurel Road was first built about 2007 and Runyan sold it in approximately 2015, according to those websites.
The home appears to have tons of space — it is located on 23 acres and the house itself is 14,000+ square feet and contains 10 and 1/2 baths and seven bedrooms, Redfin.com said.

The home also seems to have a ton of features, including cathedral ceilings, a chef's kitchen, a butler's pantry a dance floor, a game room, an outdoor kitchen, a heated saltwater pool and a full bar, according to Redfin.com
The asking price? Only $4.7 million, down from the $4.8 million sought earlier this week and down from the $5.8 million Runyan first asked for when he sold the home in 2015, according to Redfin.com and phillymag.com.

(The low end of that price range would mean an average monthly mortgage payment of about $29,000, Redfin.com said.)
