Pipe Bombs Found In Burlington County Man's Car, Home: Police
Authorities didn't list any potential motive, but online posts show the man believes he's been targeted by the federal government.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A Burlington County man had devices consistent with pipe bombs in his car and home, police said.
Officers pulled Jeremy Giliberti over at about 11 a.m. Wednesday on South Broad Street and Oldfield Avenue in Hamilton, Mercer County. Police say they found four metal pipes and green wicks — consistent with that of pipe bombs — in his green Honda.
Hamilton police detained the Mount Laurel resident, shut down part of South Broad Street and evacuated surrounding homes and businesses as a precaution.

Claims Federal Government Harasses Him
It wasn't immediately clear why Giliberti, 51, had the explosive materials, as police didn't list any potential motive. A LinkedIn profile under his name shows several posts claiming he's been targeted by the U.S. government — notably the FBI, Department of Justice and branches of the military.

In one post several months ago, Giliberti shared a screenshot of a webpage showing leaders in the US Army Signal School and claims he's been targeted through "(h)arassment via the electromagnetic spectrum." He then shared a photo of the Vice Admiral James H. Doyle, Jr. Combat System Engineering Development Site — a Navy-owned engineering facility between Moorestown and Mount Laurel.
"To be fair," Giliberti wrote, "I live just a stone (sic) throw away from here I’m looking to provide you with as much info as possible You know who I am this is a real problem !! Not a mental disorder!"
It's unclear who Giliberi is speaking to in the post, which has no comments other than his own.
Another Device Found
Officials executed search warrants on Giliberti's home and other vehicles, finding one more device inside his residence, according to the Hamilton Police Division. The State Police Bomb Unit seized the devices from his home and the vehicle he drove in Hamilton.
The man was charged with possession of a destructive device and placed in the Mercer County Jail, with a detention hearing pending.
