Preschool Students Donate More Than 80 Toys to Children in Need

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Moorestown recently collected more than 80 toys and gifts to benefit Toys for Tots, a gift drive run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Over the past month, students worked together to collect the items, which were presented to a representative from the organization at the school. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others and giving back to the community, especially during the holiday season.

Toys for Tots, a 70-year national charitable program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, provides happiness and hope to less fortunate children during each holiday season. The toys, books and other gifts collected and distributed by Marines and volunteers offer these children recognition, confidence and a positive memory for a lifetime.
