He recently visited the Moorestown Rotary Breakfast Club to discuss this and other topics.

Hashem discussed his education, training and experiences at the United States Military Academy at West Point and in the Army, and how West Point helped to forge and develop his leadership skills over the last 45 years.

Hashem addressed some of the Academy's history, traditions, heritage and how the Academy has changed over the last several decades to better train and develop young men and women to become leaders on the modern battlefield and in corporate America, according to the Rotary Club.

He currently works part-time as a Senior Advisor with the Thayer Leader Development Group (TLDG) at West Point.

TLDG offers both customized and open enrollment programs in leader development for corporations, non-profits, governmental, and educational institutions, and other organizations.

It uses a four-pronged approach that includes applied academics sessions, experiential learning and team building, senior advisors who are retired General Officers, and keynote speakers.

Hashem is also the CEO and founder of Peak International 74, LLC, a recently established company that focuses on leadership development, inspirational speaking, coaching, mentoring, strategic planning, and international and civil-military operations.
