Samaritan Health Officer Talks Living Will With Moorestown Rotary
Chris Rollins shared copies of "Five Wishes" with club members and encouraged them to use it as a conversation starter with family members.

MOORESTOWN, NJ - Chris Rollins, Chief Development Officer of Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice, recently visited the Moorestown Rotary Breakfast Club.
Rollins shared copies of “Five Wishes” with club members and encouraged them to use the living will as a conversation starter with their family members and healthcare providers. He also suggested they discuss and document their end-of-life care plans.
“Five Wishes” is a legal advance directive document designed to all adults, regardless of age or health, to consider and document how they want to be cared for at the end of life. It is America’s most popular living will with more than 30 million copies in circulation.
