Santa Arrives Soon At Moorestown Mall: See His Schedule

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Some of us may still have Halloween candy left, but the holiday season is coming up quickly. In fact, Santa Claus already has his schedule written for appearances at Moorestown Mall.

Kris Kringle's sleigh pulls in November 12, and he will be there in the HomeSense Court from 10 a.m. to noon. Kids and families are encouraged to wear holiday pajamas and enjoy festive entertainment activities with Santa.

Here are his hours this season, according to the Moorestown Mall.

Santa Hours

• Monday - Friday: 11am to 8pm (Santa break time: 3-4pm)
• Saturday: 10am to 8pm (Santa break time: 1-2pm & 5-6pm)
• Sunday: noon to 6pm (Santa break time: 2:30-3pm)

Extended Hours December 9-24

• Monday - Friday: 11am to 8pm (Santa break time: 3-4pm)
• Saturday: 10am to 9pm (Santa break time: 1-2pm & 5-6pm)
• Sunday: 11am to 6pm (Santa break time: 2:30-3pm)
• December 23: 10am - 9pm (Santa break time: 1-2pm & 5-6pm)
• December 24: 10am - 5pm (Santa break time: 1-1:45pm)

PREIT, which owns the mall and a number of others in the South Jersey and Philly area, said there will be special festivities throughout the season including family photos with Santa, "Kringle Mingle," Black Friday giveaways, and other events of the season. There will also be opportunities to buy food, drink, and gift wrap at stations benefiting nonprofits in the community.

PREIT is also partnering this year with Cards For Hospitalized Kids, a non-profit that is spreading joy across America, a news release said.

Pets are also allowed to visit Santa on Mondays this year: "Feathered, whiskered and hooved pets are all welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash or in a crate at all times."

The "Kringle Mingle" event encourages shoppers to come dressed at Santa to get holiday freebies. Kringle Mingle at the Moorestown Mall is December 1 from 6-8 p.m.

"We partnered with our restaurants to provide free drink coupons for the whole family and we will be providing free "sleigh it" bags filled with retailer coupons, giftcards, and a chance to win a grand prize!"

All PREIT malls will be closed Thanksgiving Day and reopen on Black Friday at 7 a.m.

PREIT's area malls are Willow Grove Park Mall, Springfield Mall, Plymouth Meeting Mall, Exton Square, Cherry Hill Mall, and Moorestown Mall.
