Services Set For Late Lodge, Scottish Rite Member From Moorestown
John S. Whitney, 88 of Moorestown, died on December 24, 2017.
John S. Whitney, 88 of Moorestown, died on December 24, 2017. John was a member of the USS New Jersey Lodge # 62 F. & AM and a member of the Scottish Rite of South Jersey.
Husband of Helen (nee Yeager). Father of John S. (Sandy) Whitney, Daniel W. (Pamela) Whitney, Denise W. Casario and Matthew D. (Krista) Whitney. Brother of Mark (Irmgard) Whitney and the late Augustus, Paul and Richard Whitney. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service is set for 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 30, at the Lewis Funeral Home, 78 East Main Street, Moorestown, NJ. Visitation is Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to service time. Interment will be private.
