Roache was charged with possession of an anti-shoplifting device and released on a summons. </li> </ul> April 17 <ul> <li> Kimberly Ifantis, 30, of Hamid Court, Hamilton, charged with shoplifting after police said she concealed children's clothing and novelties worth $177.20 at Boscov's.
