Shoplifters Nabbed at Moorestown Mall, Police Say
Moorestown Police arrested a Philly man who was allegedly planning to shoplift from the mall with the help of a 'booster bag,' according to a report.

Rasheed Roache, 33, of North 20th Street, Philadelphia, arrested and found in possession of a shopping bag lined with tin foil and duct tape (AKA a “booster bag”) at Moorestown Mall, police said. Roache was charged with possession of an anti-shoplifting device and released on a summons.

Kimberly Ifantis, 30, of Hamid Court, Hamilton, charged with shoplifting after police said she concealed children’s clothing and novelties worth $177.20 at Boscov’s. She was released on a summons.
