​A 32-year-old South Jersey man was killed in a boating accident on the Delaware River over the weekend, authorities have confirmed.

A 32-year-old South Jersey man was killed in a boating accident over the weekend, authorities have confirmed.

The body of 32-year-old Mark Reichman was pulled from the Delaware River in the area of Beverly City on Monday afternoon, said Trooper Alejandro Goez. His body was recovered around 2 p.m. by the New Jersey State Police Marine Service Bureau.

The Mount Holly man was involved in a boating accident two days prior, said Goez.

The single-vessel crash happened in the same area of the river shortly before 1 a.m. on Saturday, June 16. Reichman was the only person on board when he hit a buoy and was ejected, said Goez.

An autopsy is pending.
