Standout Students In Moorestown Recognized For Achievements

The achievements for which these students were recognized are diverse.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Many students from Moorestown were recognized for their achievements in recent weeks.

Many of the organizations that noted the students' achievements consisted of experts, advisers and similar professionals in the areas in which the students were recognized.

On April 4, Jordan Gabrelle received a $20,000 college scholarship from the Coca-Cola Scholars
Foundation.

On April 30, the Moorestown Rowing Club earned the title of Garden State Champions at the 2022 Garden State Scholastic Championships and then on May 1, won the Cooper Cup Regatta. The boys on the club are Alex Abbruzzi, Ben Brown, Ezra Carroll, Rebekah Cho, Colin DiPasquale, Josh Dorfner, Liam Faunce, Tommy Kerrihard and Leo Ladik. The girls on the club are Abby Buss, Grace Buss, Rebecca Carew, Alexandra Fazler, Elizabeth Gladden, Grace Hutchinson, Iris Lee, Julia Moller and Maddie Stack.

On May 11, the National Merit Scholarship Foundation announced it had awarded $2,500 scholarships to both Maya S. Butani and Aidan S. Nemiroff.

On May 18, Burlington County announced that "A Green Dream," a film by Colin Llewellyn of Moorestown was selected for a Judge's Choice Award in the county's inaugural film festival.

And on June 7, Paper Mill PLayhouse announced that the Moorestown Township High School production of "Honk" received its Theater for Everyone Award.
