Third Annual Lego Night At Upper Elementary School March 27
The theme for this year's event is "Journey to the Future."

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The Moorestown High School Robotics team will host its third annual Lego Night on Tuesday, March 27, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Upper Elementary School Cafeteria and Gymnasium. This year’s theme is Journey to the Future.”
Lego Night offers students in grades K-6 the chance to engage in hands-on STEM activities while having fun with Legos. Lego Night features the following activities:
- Non-competitive building session for grades K2, in which they build based on a theme given to their group. The younger students will also have the opportunity to display their creation in a parade at the end;
- Building session for grades 3-6 with prizes and awards. Each grade group will be given a specific category and the children will be tasked with building a LEGO design using their creativity and ingenuity;
- Information about FIRST, STEM and the Lemons;
- Opportunity to drive the Lemons’ robot and demonstrations of the FLL robots; and
- Food, dancing and games.
The event will give parents and students the chance to meet and speak to two FIRST LEGO League teams and three FIRST Robotics Competition teams, including Moorestown High School’s Combustible Lemons. Students will also be given the opportunity to drive the Lemons’ robot.

Formed five years ago, the Lemons host various community outreach events throughout the year to encourage an interest in STEM and FIRST Robotics for students in the community.
