Tree Removal Continues Oct. 9 In Moorestown: Police

A county contractor will continue removing a large tree it started working on last week.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — A county contractor will enter into its second week of removing a large tree in Moorestown on Tuesday, Oct. 9, according to the Moorestown Police Department.

South Church Street will be closed between Main Street and Route 38 after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday while a contractor continues to remove the large tree, Moorestown police said Monday evening.

Drivers should seek an alternate route and use caution if traveling in the area. They should watch for workers in the roadway. Officers will be on location.
