MOORESTOWN, NJ — Wondering where to take your live Christmas tree now that the New Year has arrived? Burlington County has a free "Treecycle" service, and Moorestown residents can also put their trees out for curbside collection.
Curbside pickup in Moorestown is during the regular Brush Collection Schedule, which can be found here. Information about curbside tree collections is also available on the county’s Recycling Coach app, which can be found on the Apple or Google app stores.
Burlington County Commissioners remind residents they may also bring their real trees to the Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex (22000 Burlington-Columbus Road in Florence). There, the trees will be chipped and composted. The free service is offered at the complex Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to noon.
