Two Moorestown Republicans Announce Their Election Bids
Caccuro and Banasz were chosen by the Moorestown Republicans, a press release says.

MOORESTOWN TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Moorestown Republican Municipal Committee unanimously voted recently to endorse Janice Caccuro and Tara Banasz for Moorestown Town Council in 2022, according to a press release.
"With deep roots in our community, impressive private sector experience, involvement as active moms and a passion to make Moorestown an even better place to call home, Janice and Tara are ready to get to work for our residents on day 1," Jamie Boren, Moorestown Republican Municipal Committee's Chair of the 2022 Screening Committee, said in the press release.
Long-time Moorestown resident Caccuro returned to the township after college and has since become a lawyer and president of a property management group, and "has extensive experience in community affairs and an in-depth knowledge of the complex issues facing" Moorestown, according to the release.

She has also volunteered with several community organizations, including the township's Youth Football Association and Baker School Book Fair, and is married and has three children, the press release stated.
Banasz is another long-time Moorestown resident who returned to the township after college and professionally "helps people in our region find employment and set out on new chapters in their American Dream story," which in turn has helped her qualify for public office, according to the press release.

She has given her time to several organizations, including the township's Lacrosse Club and Our Lady of Good Counsel Parent Teachers' Association, and is married and has three children, the press release stated.
