Two Puppies Die In Hot Car, Sicklerville Man Charged: SPCA

Authorities from the SPCA say Kevin Conquest left two four-month old puppies unattended in his car for four hours while he went to work.

A Sicklerville man who is accused of causing the deaths of two dogs after they were allegedly left in a hot car for hours has been charged, according to the Burlington County SPCA Humane Police.

Kevin Conquest has been charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty by the Burlington County SPCA Humane Police because authorities there say he left two four-month old puppies unattended in his car for four hours while he went to work.

The incident happened on July 4, according to the SPCA, when Mt Laurel Police Department alerted them of a report of two dogs left in a vehicle.

When the Burlington County Humane Police arrived, they said the two puppies were found dead in an airline crate.

Conquest has been charged with leaving a living creature unattended in a vehicle under inhumane conditions; failure to provide a living creature with necessary care and causing the death of a living creature.
