MOORESTOWN, NJ - Garwood Road will be closed between Westfield and Hartford roads on Friday, April 12, and Monday, April 15, Moorestown police announced this week.The road will be closed for utility work by PSE&amp;G, but will remain open for local traffic. Drivers who must drive in the area should use caution and watch for workers in the roadway. Officers will be on location to assist with traffic.
