Utility Work On Main Street In Moorestown Begins Monday

Work will run Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — PSE&G will begin utility work on West Main Street in Moorestown on Monday, Aug. 26, Moorestown police announced on Friday. Work will take place Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., until the completion of the project, weather permitting.

Main Street westbound will be closed at Chester Avenue and Mill Street each day during construction. No parking will be allowed on either side of the street in the construction area in the area of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church.

Main Street eastbound will be open and channeled to proceed along the shoulder/parking spaces in the construction zone. Officers will be on location to assist with traffic. Drivers should expect traffic delays, and use alternate routes.
