Weather Postpones Temporary Shutdown Of Tacony-Palmyra Bridge
Traffic will be off-limits in both directions.
PALMYRA, NJ — The threat of dangerous weather conditions has postponed maintenance on the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge until Aug. 3, the Burlington County Bridge Commission said.
The path was shut overnight and was scheduled to close again to vehicle and pedestrian traffic at 9 p.m. on Tuesday.
These parameters will now be in effect on Monday, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Aug. 4.

Maritime traffic will operate as normal.
The work schedule is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
