What's The Recycling Schedule In Moorestown For Christmas, NYE?

The library also announced what its hours will be this holiday weekend.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — The recycling collection in Moorestown will change for the final week of the year and the first week of next year due to the holiday season. Because Christmas and New Year’s each fall on a Monday, there will be no recycling collected that day either week in Burlington County. Recycling will be collected in Moorestown on Thursday, Dec. 28.

Regular recycling collection will resume on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018. Residents are asked to remove packing contents, like foam and plastic wrap and flatten boxes before recycling. In the event of overflow, residents should use their local municipal recycling drop-off. They are also advised to consider holding on to recyclables until next collection or taking them to municipal recycling drop-offs in case of a windy day, snow or ice storms.

For more information call the Recycling Hotline 609-267-6889 or 856-461-4141, email recycling@otcbc.org or check the Recycle Coach smartphone app. Recycle Coach is available on iTunes and GooglePlay app stores and lets you get your recycling schedule, including paper shredding days, find where to recycle old TVs and more.
