Homicide Investigation In Burlington County After Woman Found Dead
The woman's body was discovered about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at a Maple Shade motel, authorities said.
MAPLE SHADE, NJ — The death of a woman found dead inside a room at the Bel-Air Motor Lodge in Maple Shade is being investigated as a homicide, the Burlington County Prosecutor and Maple Shade Police Chief said.
The investigation began just before 11:30 a.m. Wednesday after officers had been asked to look into reports of an unresponsive woman at that motel, according to authorities.
Her name is being withheld until her identity is confirmed and her family has been notified, according to authorities.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause and manner of death and no arrests have been made, authorities said.
