2020 Election Season Begins In Morris Township
Concerns over the new coronavirus have pushed the primary to July 7.
MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ - Despite the impact of the novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, outbreak in our area the primary election season is gearing up in Morris Township.
A pair of hopefuls from both the Republican and Democratic party filed by the deadline. For the Democrats, sitting Mayor Cathy Wilson filed for another crack at the dais. She is joined by William Ravitz.
On the Republican side, Joseph Calvanelli Jr. and Sandra Garcia are hoping to secure their party's nomination.
