3rd Annual Strides for Education 5K Run/Walk Sunday, Oct. 15, in Morris Plains

Attention, runners and walkers: The 3rd Annual Strides for Education 5K Run/Walk will take place on Morris Plains neighborhood streets this Sunday, Oct. 15. This unique course is USTAF-certified. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and will close at 8:30 a.m. A .75 mile Fun Run begins at 8:30, and the 5K begins at 9. Medals will be awarded to top male and female runners. The race is sponsored by the Education Foundation of Morris Plains, and proceeds will go to support innovation in education for all Morris Plains students. Signup onlinethrough Oct. 12; day-of registrations will also be accepted.
