The executive order goes into effect April 7 until April 30 with the possibility of being further extended due to coronavirus.

All Morris Co. parks, facilities & trails are closed to the pubic effective Tues, April 7, 2020
In accordance with Executive Order No. 118 from Gov. Murphy, county & state parks are now closed to the public until April 30th with possibility to be further extended. This full closure includes all parking lots, grounds, facilities, trails, playgrounds, athletic fields, etc... https://www.morrisparks.net/
