The wellness studio had a grand opening at 2563 Route 10 in Morris Plains this weekend, with Parsippany officials welcoming the business.

Nirvana Infrared Wellness takes a "comprehensive approach" to health and wellness, offering fitness, recovery, and holistic services designed to support both physical and mental health. The business incorporates infrared technology into many of its offerings, including heated fitness classes and private infrared rooms. Clients can choose from Pilates, yoga, strength, cardio and mobility-focused workouts, with options suited to a range of fitness levels and wellness goals.
The experience extends beyond exercise, with services such as lymphatic drainage and sculpting, holistic skin care, red light and vibration therapy, nutrition and Ayurvedic wellness counseling, and other recovery treatments. Nirvana also offers workshops, wellness events, and private gatherings, giving clients opportunities to explore different aspects of self-care while connecting with the local wellness community.
