CareFinders Total Care Participates in CareOne at Madison's Veteran's Day Event

CareFinder's Judy Carmeli, RN was assisted by Community Liaison Carmella Doherty, during a blood pressure screening on November 11, 2016. The screening was offered as part of a Letter Writing Campaign for Soldiers serving overseas and was sponsored by CareOne at Madison. Veterans and others from the local community were able to write letters to Active Servicemen and Servicewomen to let them know they are always remembered in our hearts, but especially during this holiday season.
