About The Country Home Memory Care
The Country Home is a residential dementia care community located in Morris Plains, NJ. As of 2017, it is under new ownership and new management with complete restoration and redecorating currently underway. Unlike many other dementia care options, The Country Home offers a FLAT FEE regardless of physical/cognitive/medication care levels starting at $4,800/month. Included in your monthly rate is three meals/two snacks per day, activities programming and entertainment, housekeeping, laundry, medication management under supervision of our RN, and 24-hour personal care plan and team.
