There are organizations that want your old cell phones, that old bicycle and other odd items. Here are five collections you need to know about:

1. You Need To Know About The Cell Phone Collection: Morristown High School's Parent Advisory Council collects old phones, gets cash for them and puts the mony toward student programs. Bring donations to the collection box in the front office of the high school.
2. You Need To Know About "Color A Smile:" If a rainy day at home results in more kids' drawings than you can display on the fridge, share the wealth. Pick out a few cheerful looking images and mail them to Color A Smile, P.O. Box 1516, Morristown, NJ 07962.
3. You Need To Know About The Bicycle Collection: Pedals for Progress changes the lives of families in developing countries around the world simply by providing them with bicycles. A parent who can travel a little further for work than is possible on foot can improve the lives of the entire family. You must donate $10 along with your bike to help ship it overseas. 5. You Need To Know About The Eyeglass Collection: OneSight, a program conducted by Pearl Vision, recycles donated glasses and gets them to those in need. Donate your gently-used glasses at any Pearle Vision store. There's one at the Rockaway Mall.
