Dr. Larry Siu Joins Affiliates in Gastroenterology

Barnabas Health Medical Group recently announced the addition of Larry Siu, M.D., board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine, to Affiliates in Gastroenterology. Dr. Siu is affiliated at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and is available to see patients at the West Orange and Morristown, N.J. locations.

As one of the largest gastroenterology practices in the state, Affiliates in Gastroenterology specializes in treating diseases of the digestive system including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal malignancy, gastroesophageal reflux disease and functional bowel disease as well as diseases of the pancreas and biliary system. The practice’s board-certified physicians perform gastroenterologic procedures including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound and advanced endoscopy.

In 2015, Dr. Siu completed an additional year of advanced endoscopic training at Montefiore Medical Center in 2015, focusing on his clinical interests of gastrointestinal oncology, pancreatic disorders, and therapeutic endoscopy. In addition, Dr. Siu performs colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) as part of his complete set of clinical skills.

He is a member of several professional societies, including the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterology Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American Medical Association.
