DWI Checkpoint Coming to Mendham Twp. in December
Annual roadblock will be set up to deter intoxicated driving during holiday season.

Intoxicated driving tends to rise during the holiday season, with office parties and eggnog flowing like Santa down a chimney.
Because of that, the Mendham Township police have announced a driving while intoxicated checkpoint along Rt. 24 on Dec. 12.
The grant-funded initiative is being set up to deter motorists from getting behind the wheel while inebriated, as well as to stop those who have made the decision to drive while intoxicated.
