Escaped Prisoner Caught Near Garden State Parkway
Escaped convict Arthur Buckel - on the loose for almost a week - has been caught. The Ocean County Sheriff's Office announced his capture around 11:40 a.m. Buckel was captured in a wooded area along the Garden State Parkway, near Exit 77 in the Berkeley Township area, authorities said. He was held at gunpoint until he was taken into custody by the DOC. >>>Read more on Patch
