Children’s Blueberry Muffin Baking at Cooper Gristmill

A Blueberry Muffin Baking children’s workshop will be presented on Thursday, July 14, promptly at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Participants will learn how to use freshly ground flour to make delicious blueberry muffins. As their muffins bake, they will tour the gristmill and see how flour was made from grain in the 1880s. Children will then decorate cloth bags to take home filled with several muffins.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and here is a $10 fee per family for this event, which will be held in the air-conditioned Cooper Gristmill Visitors Center. Payment may be made upon arrival.
