Miller’s Pancake at Cooper Gristmill

During the presentation of a Miller’s Pancake on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 1 p.m., visitors to the Cooper Gristmill may witness the adaptation of Eric Carle’s story, Pancakes, Pancakes.

Learn where the ingredients for making a pancake come from, see grain ground into flour or meal, and watch the Miller make a pancake. Donations are greatly appreciated.

Cooper Gristmill is open April through October. In April, May and June, it is open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., starting April 2. During July and August it is open Wednesdays through Sundays: on weekdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. In September and October, it is open on Saturdays
from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Last tour begins at 3:30 p.m.

The suggested donation to tour the mill is $3 for adults, $2 for seniors (65+), and $1 for children ages 4 to 16. Children under age 4 are free.
