Chee Ho, owner and head chef is originally from Malaysia and has over 40 years of experience in authentic Malaysian food. At a young age, he started working in large hotels and restaurants in Malaysia. After moving to the United States, he worked as head chefs in many top Malaysian restaurants in Manhattan, as well as others in the Tri- state area.
