Paris Washboard at Bickford Theater

This East Coast exclusive visit by Paris Washboard is likely to fill the room, as previous visits have. The band developed a huge following after years as the magnet band for the Great Connecticut festival, playing for overflowing tents full of cheering fans. Pianist Louis Mazetier will be with them on this visit, making this occasion particularly attractive. Daniel Barda (trombone), Alain Marquet (clarinet) and Stéphane Séva (percussion) join him, before flying off to California for the Orange County Classic Jazz Festival, the only other North American opportunity to hear them this year.
