Get to Know Morris Twp. Committee Candidates Oct. 28

The League of Women Voters of the Morristown Area is sponsoring a Candidates Night for Morris Township Committee to be held on Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at the Alfred Vail School at 125 Speedwell Ave. in Morris Plains.

Current Mayor Peter V. Mancuso and newcomer Cathy Wilson are vying for a committee position

Each candidate will be given time for opening and closing statements, time is also allotted for candidate responses to audience's written questions.

The League of Women Voters of New Jersey, a nonpartisan political organization, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
