The Y-Zone is Greater Morristown YMCA’s newly constructed 6,000 square foot facility nestled on a 3 acre cul-de-sac with sports fields, basketball court, ropes course and more. The annual scholarship was developed in honor of the Y-Zone’s dedication to Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
Each year, a high school senior will be selected to receive a one-time $500 scholarship and four-year Teen or Young Adult Membership to the Greater Morristown YMCA. Eligible high school seniors must have attended Backyard Kids Camp, Richard F. Blake Children’s Center, Little Owls or the Greater Morristown YMCA/Morris Center YMCA After Care program. The deadline is May 1, 2017.
