Hiring Opportunities at Rockaway Townsquare Job Fair

Those in search of employment this season can learn all about the hiring opportunities available at Simon’s Rockaway Townsquare when it hosts a Job Fair on Friday, September 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. The event will feature upwards of 25 retailers in search of local talent for both part-time and full-time positions.

“We are pleased to host this Job Fair, as it offers candidates a chance to be connected with a variety of Rockaway Townsquare’s finest retailers looking to fill team positions this season,” commented Maria Gregorius, area director of marketing and business development for Rockaway Townsquare. “With the holiday period just around the corner, there are many jobs available ranging from seasonal to permanent, part time to full-time positions.”

Participating stores include Abercrombie and Fitch, Aerie, Aldo, Ann Taylor, Auntie Anne’s, Bare Minerals, Books A Million, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Claire’s, Coach, Eddie Bauer, e.l.f.Cosmetics, Express, Finish Line, Forever 21, GNC, Helzberg Diamonds, Justice, Kay Jewelers, Macy's, Men's Warehouse, Sears, Teavana, The Paper Store, Vera Bradley and Yankee Candle. Tables will be set up outside of each retailer for interested job seekers. In addition, Hilton Garden Inn and Allied Universal Security Services will be present as well.

The Job Fair is free and open to the public. Candidates are encouraged to attend ready to impress; with an updated resume as some prospective employers will conduct one-on-one screenings that day while others will accept applications and/or provide additional information about job opportunities at their respective stores.
