Local Woman is The Arc/Morris Employee of the Year
Local woman honored by The Arc/Morris

Joyce Isidor of Hopatcong was recently honored with the 2015 Jessie Rosenberg Employee of the Year Award by The Arc/Morris. Ms. Isidor started as a part-time Skill Instructor in 1992 at the agency’s Morris Plains Group Home. During her 23 year tenure she moved from part-time to per diem and back to part-time several times, becoming a full-time employee in July 2014 in the Supported Living Program, located at The Arc’s Flanders facility.
Her Manager, Kathy Ramotowski of East Hanover reports that Joyce always gives 100% at work, going above and beyond – taking initiative, planning and puts much care into everything she does. “Joyce always has a bright spirit – comes to work with a smile and a happy attitude. She passes this on to the individuals she works with which is why they love having her work with them. She always puts them first.” Said Ramotowski.
The Arc/Morris serves over 700 individuals and their families throughout Morris County. Their programs and services include Adult Training, Group Home and Supervised Living, and the Morris County Adaptive Recreation Program (McARP). For more information, please visit www.arcmorris.org or the agency’s Intake Unit at 973-973-9326, ext. 326.
