MADD NJ Recognizes Morris Plains Police Officers
Two officers were recognized for their work by the anti-drunk driving organization.

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Two Morris Plains police officers were recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving for their law enforcement work at the organizations annual ceremony, the department announced on Facebook.
Patrolman Chris Cornine and Patrolman Bob Guild were both awarded the 2016 MADD Award for "their continued diligence arresting persons suspected of Driving While Intoxicated/ Impaired," the department wrote.
The two officers lead the MPPD in total DWI arrests in 2016.

MADD was formed over 35 years ago with the goal of ending drunk driving and to support victims of drunk driving crimes.
