General Election 2020 Information

All registered active voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot with a postage paid envelope to return. Completed vote-by-mail ballots may be returned to the Morris County Board of Elections utilizing one of the below methods:

  • Mailed via the United States Postal Service
  • In 1 of the 16 vote-by-mail ballot drop box locations. Closest locations:
    • Morris County Board of Elections & Records Building10 Court Street, Morristown 07960(outside front entrance)
    • Madison Municipal BuildingHartley Dodge Memorial Building62 Kings Road, Madison 07940(commuter Parking Lot 3)
    • Randolph Municipal Building502 Millbrook Avenue, Randolph 07869(outside main entrance)
  • Drop off at the Morris Township Municipal Building ONLY on November 3, 2020 by 8:00 p.m.

All vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked or dropped in one of the county drop boxes by November 3.

The ONE polling location in Morris Township will be at the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue. Voters who go to the Municipal Building to vote, and who have not voted by mail, will be able to vote by paper provisional ballot only. Only individuals with disabilities will have access to vote on the ADA-conforming voting machines.

Track your ballot. You will need to provide one of the following: driver’s license number, last four digits of your social security number or your Voter ID number.
