MORRIS PLAINS, NJ - Chief Michael Koroski and the members of the Morris Plains Police Department welcomed three new members to their ranks on July 17 as the department added a trio of probationary officers.

The three probationary police officers that were sworn in by Mayor Jason Kar.

Probationary Patrolman Joseph Kohl, who was an alternate route candidate, graduated from the 94th Basic Police Training Class at the Morris County Police Academy on July 16 and will begin his Field Training Program next week with our agency. Probationary Patrolmen Kelvin Preciado and Vincent Zarrillo will attend the 95th Basic Police Training Class at the Morris County Police Academy this month with an anticipated graduation date at the end of the year.
