Morris Plains resident wins national title at Spring North American Bridge Championships
Igor Savchenko of Morris Plains, N.J., claimed victory in the Rockwell Mixed Pairs event at the Spring North American Bridge Championships.

Igor Savchenko of Morris Plains, N.J., claimed victory in the Rockwell Mixed Pairs event at the Spring North American Bridge Championships (NABC), one of the 15 championship-level events held in Kansas City, Mo., from March 9 to 19.
This marks the fifth NABC title for Savchenko. The Rockwell Mixed Pairs team is pictured below: Cristal Nell and Igor Savchenko
The NABCs are held three times a year across the U.S. and Canada to bring together players of all skill levels, from beginner to expert, with opportunities for everyone to play daily from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The 2017 Summer NABC will be held in Toronto, Ontario, from July 20 to 30.
