Morris Plains resident wins national title at Summer North American Bridge Championships

Dori Byrnes of Morris Plains, N.J., claimed victory in the 10K Mixed Swiss Team event at the Summer North American Bridge Championships (NABCs), one of the 18 championship-level events held in Washington, D.C., from July 20 to 30.

The NABCs are held three times a year across the U.S. and Canada to bring together players of all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, with opportunities for everyone to play daily from 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The 2016 Fall NABCs will be held in Orlando, Fla., from Nov. 24 to Dec. 4.
