Morris Plains Woman Allegedly Drove High With Children In The Car
The woman had a 10-month-old and 13-year-old in the car, according to reports.

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — A Morris Plains woman is accused of driving high with an infant and teenager in the car, the Daily Record reported.
Heather L. Conklin, 36, is accused of driving high in Wharton Borough with a 10-month-old and 13-year-old. She was pulled over on Route 15 after police say she passed an officer on the shoulder and failed to maintain her lane. Her license is currently suspended from a previous DWI.
She was charged with abuse and neglect of two children, driving with a suspended license, and driving under the influence, the paper reported.
