KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Township Committee will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020, 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Convent Station, NJ.
This Special Meeting concerns the introduction of the following Ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 15-20 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 447 – AMENDING “POOL, MUNICIPAL: RULES AND REGULATIONS” IN PARTICULAR REPLACING §447-5. ENTITLED: MEMBERSHIP FEES. A. THROUGH K, DUE TO OPERATING RESTRICTIONS FROM THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. NOTE: THIS ORDINANCE REVISES SWIM POOL MEMBERSHIP FEES CREATING A PRO-RATED FORMULA FOR SEASONAL FEES
ORDINANCE NO. 16-20 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 439 ENTITLED “STREET AND SIDEWALKS” TO PERMIT LICENSED FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS TO CONDUCT LIMITED BUSINESS IN THE MUNICIPAL RIGHT-OF-WAY”
ORDINANCE NO.17-20 ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 95 ENTITLED “ZONING TO PERMIT LICENSED FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS TO CONDUCT OUTDOOR DINING"
Formal action will be taken by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Morris at this meeting.
