Morris Twp Police, Fire Collecting Donations For Harvey Victims
"We remember all too well what it was like to be without the basic necessities" after Sandy, they wrote.

MORRIS TWP, NJ — Morris Township Police and Fire Departments are collecting goods to send to those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
"It feels like yesterday that NJ was affected by Hurricanes Sandy and Irene and we remember all too well what it was like to be without the basic necessities," they wrote in a post announcing the effort.
The departments are collecting the following items to be send to Texas:

- Diapers
- Baby Formula
- Baby Food
- Water
- Juice/Juice Boxes
- Non-Perishable Food
- Garbage Bags
- Toilet Paper
- Paper Plates
- Plastic Utensils
No cash or clothing will be accepted. You can drop donations off at the police department (49 Woodland Ave) at any time, or at the Fairchild Firehouse (2 Burnham Road) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.
