Morris Twp. To Host Hanover Wind Symphony at Ginty Field

Looking for a relaxing way to pass these summer nights? The Township of Morris’ Department of Parks and Recreation is offering a fun option at Ginty Field.

On Tuesday, the Hanover Wind Symphony will perform at the Ginty Field Gazebo at 7 p.m. This concert will also complete the township’s 29th annual concert season.

“The Symphony is a unique extension of the great American tradition of community music performance and is an entirely volunteer non-profit organization with a mission to bring ‘Music to People and People to Music,’” according to the Dept. of Parks and Recreation.

The band is comprised of woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments. Bring blankets or lawn chairs.

The Morris Township Summer Concert Series is sponsored by The Provident Bank and the Morris Township Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
