107 Bags Of Heroin Found In Rt. 80 Traffic Stop: Police

Police say the pair also had hypodermic needles on them.

ROXBURY, NJ — Over 100 bags of heroin were found during a Route 80 traffic stop earlier this week, New Jersey State Police said.

Pamela Looney, 60, and Allison Knoedler, 32, both of Flanders, were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on Monday around 12:30 p.m., police said. The pair were pulled over on Route 80 in Roxbury for a traffic violation while Looney was driving.

Police say they found 107 bags of heroin, hypodermic needles, and drug paraphernalia during the stop. Both were charged with possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal under the influence; Looney was also charged with driving under the influence.
